ENTITIES WHO MAY BE ENTITLED TO FUNDS FROM LAWYER’S FROZEN TRUST ACCOUNT
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: Florida Supreme Court order dated September 23, 2013 placed attorney Shawn Micheal Brannagan on emergency suspension from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 3-5.2 of The Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. Shawn Micheal Brannagan was ordered to stop disbursing or withdrawing any monies from any trust account related to his law practice, Brannagan Legal. Thereafter, on March 13, 2014, Shawn Micheal Brannagan was immediately disbarred from the practice of law.
All persons or entities having claims or demands against the attorney trust account of Shawn Micheal Brannagan, d/b/a Brannagan Legal, should contact The Florida Bar within 30 days.
