Notes from the Museums: Volunteer Gathering

Museum volunteers gather every year to celebrate the busy season they have just completed.

The volunteers put their heads together to try to identify photos of several of Brooksville’s 22 brick streets. They also heard about updates to the Docents’ handbook for the May-Stringer and got a chance to check on the progress of the Docents’ resource book. Quite a few also walked away with interesting door prizes. The Museum’s hard-working volunteers are always delving into history in order to offer in-depth information to tours and earn a well-deserved treat.
