RECIPE OF THE WEEK 10-06-2017

No Bake Banana Split Cake

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup melted butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
¾ cup soft butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple or choice fruit
4 mediums bananas, sliced length wise
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (9 oz) cool whip
1 (4 oz) maraschino cherries, halved
½ cup chopped choice of nuts

Directions:
Crust
Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs in a 13x9x2 inch cooking pan. Press around pan to form crust. Set aside.

Filling Mix  
In A bowl, beat eggs on high for 4 minutes. Add powdered sugar, soft butter and vanilla to eggs. Beat mixture on high for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate mixture for 1 hr.
Once mixture chilled, spread egg mixture over crust.
Layer remainder of ingredients, bananas, fruit, cool whip, cherries and nuts.
Chill for 4 hours and serve chilled.
