Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 07/27/17, at approximately 2251 hours, located at 7152 Davenport Lane, Spring Hill, FL, affiant made contact with the defendant in reference to a stolen vehicle investigation.
Upon arrival, affiant made contact with the defendant, Brandon Abdallah who was the sole occupant inside the vehicle, and he was sitting in the driver’s seat. Upon approaching the vehicle, affiant observed in plain view, a clear plastic “Gatorade” bottle with a liquid substance as well as a glass pipe attached to it. Based on my training and experience, the items observed are used in conjunction with illegal drug activity. Affiant conducted a field narcotics test of the liquid substance which showed a positive indication for the presence of methamphetamine.
The methamphetamine was weighed on a digital scale, and weighed approximately 60.5 grams (volume). The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without incident. He was given a court date for 08/22117 at 9:00 A.M., and given a $51,000.00 bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 7/28/17 the defendant, Terence Hannah, saw the victim, Shannon McCrea, at the Family Dollar located at 10620 Northcliffe Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34608.
The victim advised that she was shopping for laundry detergent when she saw her husband and he came up behind her, jumped on her, screaming obscenities as well as screaming that he wanted to see their kids. The victim advised with his left hand he attempted to grab her phone from her and grabbed her ear in the process. The victim bent over trying to get the defendant to stop and she yelled that she was calling the cops and he fled the scene.
Contact was made with a witness who advised that she observed the defendant jump on the back of the victim, and wrapped his right arm around her neck and used his left hand to try and remove the phone from the victim’s hand. As soon as the victim stated she was calling the police the defendant fled.
Contact was later made with the defendant at his mother’s residence at 4400 Millwood Ave, Apt A, when he stated he got into an argument with the victim over her not letting him see their kids. The defendant advised that due to them being married and having shared property he attempted to grab the phone from her hands due to being angry about her keeping the kids from him. The defendant stated he did not choke her and only attempted to grab the phone.
The victim was observed to have redness on her left ear but declined medical attention.
Due to the victim and defendant having two children in common, being in a relationship for over 7 years, and having resided together in the past this is domestic in nature.
The defendant was placed in custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident and placed on a no bond status.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 7/29/2017 contact was made with the defendant, in reference to a call for service. The defendant requested a courtesy ride to her house, and gave me permission to conduct a search of her personal belongings, to ensure there were no weapons or contraband, prior to placing her inside my patrol car. I then located half of a small white pill, which had been oval in shape, with a “P” on one side, and half of the number 8 on the reverse side. The pill was identified as Hydromorphone, a controlled substance, by www.drugs.com. I asked the defendant what the pill was and she replied that it looked like Dilaudid. The defendant was asked if she has a prescription, which she refused to answer.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail, and is being held on $2000 bond with a court date of 08/28/2017 at 0830 hours.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 7-30-17, responded to 15162 Bailey Hill Rd in reference to a verbal disturbance, which was later reclassified to a Battery. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Charisse Jano. The victim stated that her boyfriend of eight years, whom she has also resided with for those eight years, Jon Hutchinson (the defendant) and she got into a verbal altercation on today’s date.
The victim stated that the defendant got angry and pushed her against the wall inside of the residence. The defendant then walked outside of the residence and stated to the victim, “When I come back I’m going to beat the sh*t out of you.” The victim stated she locked the door to the residence and contacted law enforcement.
I made contact with the defendant, who stated that nothing took place between he and the victim. It should be noted that the defendant was outside of the residence upon my arrival and the defendant stated he was outside because he wanted to do laundry at 0500 hours. My arrival time to the residence was approximately 0740 hours.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was issued no bond and charged with Domestic Battery.
The defendant was given a court date of 8-30-17 at 0900 hours in Courtroom B of the Hernando County Courthouse.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 07/30/2017, at approximately 2024 hours arrived at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church located at 1214 Broad St. Masaryktown, Florida. Upon arrival made contact with the defendant, victim, Kim George and granddaughter, Passion George, who all advised a physical altercation had occurred. At this point in time split all parties involved apart.
The defendant advised her mother, Kim, and she began arguing over how she was going to get back home to New York, and at some point in time she got out of the vehicle at the church where they began arguing. The defendant advised her mother came at her and she wrapped her arms around her mother to stop her. Per the defendant’s statement she wrote “I don’t recall”, and would not explain what happened further. I then proceeded to interview the victim. The victim advised she and the defendant began arguing over travel arrangements and the price of cigarettes. Therefore she stated, “I had enough” and pulled into church parking lot and said, “Let’s do it”. I asked the victim if she placed her hands on the defendant first and the victim advised she couldn’t remember who placed their hands on one another first, just that her shirt was ripped off.
I then interviewed the granddaughter, Passion George, and she advised that the defendant placed her hands on the victim first. Passion explained that the defendant placed her hands on her grandmother’s chest and pushed her to the ground.
I then looked over the defendant’s and victim’s body, in which I only observed the victim to have bodily injury on her upper chest. This injury which the victim received looked to be consistent with scratch marks. The victim did not require EMS.
Due to the granddaughter’s statement the defendant was determined to be the primary aggressor. The defendant was placed under arrest for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without any incident. The defendant remained at the Hernando County Detention Center without bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 7130/17 responded to Waterfall Drive and Valiant Avenue, Spring Hill, FL in reference to a traffic stop that Deputy Mascitelli had conducted. The defendant stated he was operating a motor vehicle, a gold 2004 Hyundai bearing FL tag BQLM83.Deputy Mascitelli observed the vehicle to be riding on rim of the front passenger tire which was completely flat. Deputy Mascitelli observed the vehicle to be traveling east on Spring Hill drive and then turn north on Waterfall Ave when he drove off the right side of the road on Waterfall Ave just north of Grace Presbyterian Church. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Waterfall Ave and Valiant Avenue where the vehicle was again observed to be off the roadway.
The defendant did advise Deputy Mascitelli he only had an ID card and not a valid Florida driver’s license.
The defendant was observed to have bloodshot, watery eyes, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his vehicle and person. The defendant was unable to complete standardized field sobriety exercises and almost fell numerous times. To prevent injury to the defendant the exercises were stopped.
It should be noted that when asking the defendant if he would submit to a breath test he uttered that he “took a shot when you pulled me over.”
The defendant was arrested for DUI third offense and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. At the Jail, the defendant provided breath sample which revealed .239 and .229.
The defendant is being held on a no bond status.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “The defendant and victim were involved in a verbal argument which turned physical while inside their residence within Hernando County, Florida. The defendant started arguing with the victim because she felt he was cheating on her with another woman. They were arguing inside their residence with their small children present. The defendant shoved and hit the victim in his chest area several times. He attempted to walk out the front door, at which time the defendant ripped the do rag off of his head, causing a rip in the material. This was witnessed by at least two children and a female babysitter who is an independent witness. Post Miranda, the defendant admitted to arguing and being in the victim’s face while in the living room, but denied shoving him. She also confirmed that she ripped the do rag off the victim’s head because she was angry that he was walking away from her. The defendant and victim have been in an on and off relationship for the past eleven years and do have four children in common.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail, where she is held on a no bond status due to the domestic nature.”
