Contact was made with Kaylin who stated that she was getting up to leave the residence when the defendant had grabbed a kitchen knife and began to chase her. Kaylin advised that the defendant attempted to strike her with the knife several times. Kaylin stated that the defendant only hit the backpack which was on Kaylin's back during the incident. Kaylin stated that she kept running until she got away from the defendant and that there were 2 knife marks in the backpack she was wearing.
Contact was made with Frank who advised that the defendant "had snapped" and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. Frank stated that the defendant had then chased Kaylin out of the residence as she was shouting. Frank advised that the defendant had struck the backpack which was on Kaylin's back while Kaylin was being chased.
Contact was made with Kenneth who advised that he was outside of the residence during the incident. Kenneth stated that he heard Kaylin call his name and state "Joelene has a knife". Kenneth advised that he saw Kaylin get chased by the defendant with a knife once they exited the residence.
Contact was made with Kyle Stogner who stated that he was outside during the incident. Kyle advised that the defendant chased Kaylin out of the residence and was stabbing the backpack. Kyle stated that they all ran to get away from the defendant.
All subjects advised that the defendant had been "huffing air dusters for majority of the afternoon".
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was given a felony court date of 10/09/2017 in courtroom E at 0830 hours at the Brooksville Court House."

James said they have been together for about twelve (12) years. During the course of their argument, James said the defendant punched him in the face causing bruising to his nose. James said the defendant then bit him on his right bicep causing minor lacerations. James said he would not, and did not, hit the defendant. James declined medical treatment. James also declined to have his person photographed.
James stated numerous times that he did not want to press charges against Barbara, nor did he want her to go to jail.
Contact was made with the defendant who initially would not state how the physical part of the argument started, but would keep stating that James is mean to her. The defendant then stated she did not remember who hit who first, but she then bit the victim.
Due to James' injuries being consistent with his account of the incident, and the defendant's conflicting statements, the defendant was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center where she is being held on a NO BOND status."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 09/15/2017 law enforcement was dispatched to 7297 Centerwood Avenue in reference to Joshua Robinson, making suicidal threats. It was advised that the defendant had been drinking for a week straight and that he had threatened to “Drink himself to death”.
Contact was then made with the defendant, who did admit to making such statements. The defendant refused voluntarily examination and was subsequently taken into protective custody under the Baker Act. The defendant was then transported to Springbrook Hospital.
While on the way to Springbrook the defendant stated “It may not be today, but one of these days I'm going to put you six feet underground.” When asked what he meant by this statement, the defendant refused to reply.
Upon arrival to Springbrook, Deputy J did escort the defendant inside. Once inside Deputy J did attempt to take off the defendants handcuffs. Upon taking off the first handcuff the defendant balled his fist and began tensing his arm. The defendant then began to state “Remember what I said in the car” numerous times. The defendant also stated numerous times that he did not like this deputy and advised that once he was released from handcuffs, he was going to go crazy.
The defendant was then escorted back to my marked patrol vehicle where I then attempted to place him in the backseat. The defendant refused numerous times by kicking the door and placing his feet outside of the car so the door could not be shut.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail. Once at the jail the defendant was given a court date of 10/11/2017 and held on a bond of $2000."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 9/15/2017, I made contact with Christopher(victim in original case) at Abbott Avenue, Spring Hill and he advised that the defendant had contacted him by text message at Holly Springs Drive, Hernando Beach earlier in the day. He stated that the defendant texted him that she was coming to his house to take a shower. He said she had arrived and he left the area so there would not be any more problems. He then contacted law enforcement and met this writer at the secondary address where I photographed the text messages and later placed them into Evidence.
The name associated with the phone number in Christopher’s phone was “Trouble”. I copied the phone number and then made contact with the defendant at the Holly Springs address. While talking to the defendant, I dialed the phone number associated with the texts and the defendant’s phone rang while I was in her presence. I concluded that the text conversation had in fact had come from the defendant’s phone.
A search of the Clerk of Court records confirmed that the original no contact order was still in place and was active.
The defendant was then placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is being held on a no bond status due to the charges being domestic in nature. She was given a court date of 10/11/2017 at 0900 hours in “Courtroom B”."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 09162017, at approximately 1230 hours, the defendant was cooking in the kitchen of the residence located at 8090 Greenbrier Court. While doing so, the defendant began to argue with his sister/victim Alexieya, as she played a video game, while sitting on the couch in the living room. The victim, Alexieya, advised she told the defendant to shut up, which angered him, at which point he said he was going to kill her. Alexieya advised she told the defendant, “bring it”. The defendant then grabbed a steak knife from the kitchen, which was silver in color with a black handle, and ran towards her while she sat in the living room playing her video game. Alexieya stated she was in fear for her life, at which point she defendant herself by punching and kicking at the defendant; and while doing so the defendant dropped the knife and punched her on the right side of her head. Alexieya then ran from the residence into the back yard, where her sister, Gabrielle, was sitting. Alexieya then told Gabrielle what had occurred.
Victim/Gabrielle then entered the residence, through the back door, and confronted the defendant about the altercation that took place. Gabrielle advised as she argued with the defendant, he then punched her in the head, knocking her to the ground. During this altercation, Alexieya made contact with their mother, Jamie, via telephone. Jamie, in turn, told Alexieya to call 9-1-1 and she would notify their father, Jacob.
After placing the call to 9-1-1, Alexieya and Gabrielle waited in the back yard for law enforcement to arrive. Prior to law enforcement’s arrival, both advised a short time later they heard yelling coming from the front yard of the residence. They walked around the residence and noticed the defendant and their father, on the front porch. They were first in a verbal altercation, which then turned physical. Gabrielle and Alexieya advised they tried to separate Jacob and the defendant, at which time the defendant again struck them, knocking Gabrielle to the ground.
Contact was then made with victim/Jacob, who advised after receiving a phone call from Jamie that their children were in an altercation at the residence, he decided to return to separate all involved. Jacob advised upon exiting his vehicle, he was confronted by the defendant on the front porch. After a brief verbal altercation, he was struck several times and bitten by the defendant as they fought on the front porch. Jacob stated during the altercation, he and the defendant were both knocked to the ground and were separated after Gabrielle and Alexieya pulled them apart.
After speaking will all parties involved, I did observe the victim’s injuries, at which time they requested to be medically checked by Hernando County Fire/Rescue. After being treated on scene they all signed refusals and declined any further medical attention.
I then made contact with the defendant, who did not request medical treatment. Upon speaking with him, Post Miranda, he did admit to being in a verbal altercation with his sisters, Gabrielle and Alexieya, and recalls threatening Alexieya with a knife. The defendant also stated he was involved in a physical altercation with his step-father but declined to make any further statements.
Based on the injuries which were photographed and the victims’ and defendant’s verbal statements, it was determined the defendant was the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (domestic) and three counts of domestic battery. It should be noted; the defendant and victims all reside at the residence as a family unit.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail, without incident, where he is being held on no bond, due to this being domestic in nature."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 09/16/2017, I responded to the Target located at 3101 Aerial Way in Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida in reference to a retail theft in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with loss prevention who had the male defendant, Kijuan, and female co-defendant, Amanda on video. Both defendants were actively concealing items on their person throughout the store. Both defendants entered the store at or about 1807 hours. Throughout the time in the store with loss prevention, I observed both defendants going through every isle of the store and concealing various items together. The male defendant concealed all of the items in the pockets of his jeans, while the female co-defendant concealed all of the items in a blue bag with an orange "Florida Gator's" logo on it. At various time throughout their time in the store, both defendants swapped items with each other and concealed items together.
At or about 1908 hours, both defendants approached a checkout lane and purchased some small items while concealing the rest. After both defendants passed all points of sale, I apprehended them along with loss prevention just outside of the doorway at or about 1910 hours.
A search of the subjects was conducted and I located twenty four (24) items of jewelry, one (1) Cricket Wireless cell phone, two (2) fidget spinners, two (2) packs of ‘Bic’ lighters, one (1) cosmetic foundation, one (1) outdoor lantern, and one (1) sports ball. All of the items were valued at $627.36.
Both defendants were placed under arrest for felony retail theft and were transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident, where they are being held on a $2,000 bond per the bond schedule. Both defendants were given a court date of 10/17/2017 at 0900 hours, in courtroom D of the Hernando County Courthouse."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "Your affiant responded to Bayfront Health located at 17240 Cortez Blvd in reference to a battered female named Jessic. Your affiant was advised that the victim resides at Wildwood Drive and she was admitted to the hospital at 0130 hours on this date for abdominal pain. Your affiant was advised that Jessica was struck in the abdomen by the defendant during an altercation at the victim’s residence.
Your affiant was advised that Jessica was being transported to Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg for a hemorrhage in her abdomen. Your affiant spoke with the victim, who advised that the defendant arrived at her residence last night at approximately 2330 hours. The defendant entered the rear of the residence through an unlocked sliding door where they engaged in a verbal altercation. The defendant then exited the back sliding door after being told to leave by the victim, as he exited just a few feet out, the defendant then struck Jessica in the abdomen with a rear facing elbow strike causing Jessica to fall to the floor. Jessica then retreated into the inside of the home and the defendant followed and apologized for striking her. Jessica then remained on the floor when the defendant left in a white pickup truck. It should be noted that a witness, Casey was the residence and heard the argument between the Jessica and the defendant.
The defendant was issued a trespass warning for this residence by the victim on 08272017 and documented under case #2017-26213.
Contact was then made with the defendant at his new address of Ables Lane. Post Miranda, the defendant admitted to being at the victim’s residence after being trespassed under case #2017-26213. He also advised that during an argument, he did in fact strike the victim with a rear elbow strike to her abdomen and apologized several times. He advised he had no hit her that hard and that he was worried about going to jail because a witness, Casey would be approaching after hearing the argument.
The defendant was then placed under arrest for domestic battery and trespass after warning. It was confirmed that the defendant and victim have a child in common and have lived together at this residence together as a family. The defendant recently moved to the address of Ables Lane.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is being held on a no bond status. The defendant was issued a court date of 10112017 in Court Room B at 0900 hours."

Tina fled the residence to the defendant’s aunt’s residence to make the report. I observed Tina to have a swollen shut left eye that had extensive dark purple bruising. Tina declined EMS.
While speaking with Tina, the defendant called her cell phone and she put the phone on speaker. The defendant also called his aunt Jaime R’s cell phone once Tina’s phone died. The defendant admitted to getting angry at Tina because she was “talking sh*t” about his “baby mama” and that’s how she got the injury, although he would not elaborate on his actions. The defendant claimed that he also had injury to his left eye from the incident.
I then responded to the family residence located at 3243 Aberyls Street to speak with the defendant. At first the defendant denied that he was involved in any physical altercation with Tina. The defendant then stated that Tina got the injury when they were “playing around”. The defendant then changed his story again and stated that Tina refused to get off his lap, so he stood up really quick and accidentally hit her in the eye.
Due to the extent of the injury and statements made by the parties, probable cause exists for the defendant for one count of domestic battery. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to The Hernando County Detention Center without incident. The defendant is to be held without bond. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 10/11/2017 at 0900 hours."
