YOB: 1983
CHARGES: TRESPASS OTHER THAN STRUCTURE OR CONVEYANCE, DISORDERLY INTOXICATION
Arrested on 10/07/2017 00:57 2137 MARINER BLVD, SPRING HILL

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On today's date at approximately 0034 hours, I was dispatched to Checkers located at 2137 Mariner Blvd in regards to a trespass. While in route to the call I was advised by dispatch that the employees were currently on the 911 line advising that a subject was trying to force open the window to gain entry.

As I arrived on scene, I observed a subject, who was later identified as the defendant / Louis Wylie, attempting to pry open the Pick Up window which appeared to have failed. As I exited my patrol vehicle I observed the defendant pushing open the Order window in which the window opened completely and it appeared that he was trying to gain access.

Due to being in fear that the defendant would gain entry and possibly cause harm to the employees, I quickly escorted the defendant to the ground, where here was placed into custody. The defendant spontaneously stated, "I was trying to get my food, but they wouldn't open the window."

I then made contact with the manager, Shauna M, who advised she told the subject several times, who she knows as an ex-employee Louis Wylie, that he was trespassing, that he needed to leave and to not enter through the window. Shauna advised the defendant appeared quite intoxicated, which made her staff uneasy and put them in fear.
As I re-approached the defendant he spontaneously stated, "So what, I've had a few drinks at Delirium." The defendant also appeared to have bloodshot watery eyes and as I stood him up to walk him to my patrol vehicle, he was unsteady on his feet and continuously slurred his words.

The defendant was then placed under arrest for trespass after warning and disorderly intoxication and transported to the Hernando County Jail, where he's being held on a total bond $2000.00 and given a court date of 11/01/2017 in Courtroom B at 0900AM."
