Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 05/23/2017 while patrolling my zone heading eastbound on Cortez Blvd I observed vehicle bearing Alabama tag 5936AT9. The vehicle ran the red light at Cortez Blvd and Kettering to do a U-turn and head back west on Cortez Blvd. lthen conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Cortez Blvd and Sherman Hills Blvd, where the vehicle came to a stop. I then approached the vehicle and made contact with the defendant who was in actual and physical control of the vehicle. I could detect the odor of alcohol emitting from the defendant's breath as he was talking to me. The defendant was also eating a lime and attempting to light a cigarette. In plain view, the defendant also had an open container of beer in the center console within reach. The defendant was then asked to step out of the vehicle to perform field sobriety exercises.
The defendant agreed to do all the exercises asked of him. The defendant advised that he did not have any major injuries that would prevent him from performing the test. The defendant did not wear glasses and did not have on contacts. The defendant advised that he had not taken any medications prior to driving. Prior to starting the first exercise, the driver spontaneously uttered that he had only consumed "about six beers" prior to driving.
The first exercise performed was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. This exercise indicated that the defendant failed all six points of the exercise.
The following the exercise performed was the Walk and Turn. This exercise revealed the defendant to have received two points against him.
No other test was performed due to the defendant then stating he had a bad leg and not wanting to perform any other test. The defendant understood all the instructions given prior to all the exercises.
The defendant refused to provide a breath sample.
The defendant was then placed into custody for driving under influence and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was given a court date of 06/14/2017 at 0900 hours in Courtroom E. The defendant was given a bond amount of $2,000."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 05/28/2017, at the residence of 7803 Gordon Loop, the defendant and her husband, Aaron Boutin were lying in bed watching a movie. The defendant became irate and poked Aaron in the left eye. The defendant then tried to hit Aaron with a wireless speaker. Aaron tried to restrain the defendant from further harming himself or their young son, whom was sleeping in the same room.
The defendant then bit and scratched Aaron, then ran to the other side of their residence where she armed herself with a walking cane which conceals a small sword within it. Aaron then made his way down the hallway to grab a lighter so he could smoke. The defendant then confronted Aaron with the walking cane sword now unsheathed. The defendant lunged at Aaron, striking him with the tip of the blade to his right arm causing a minor laceration.
When deputies arrived the defendant resisted detention by running back into her residence when given lawful commands to surrender. When attempting to place the defendant in custody she continuously pulled her arms away to avoid being handcuffed.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center and turned over to detention deputies without further incident."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 05/2517 while on routine patroll observed the defendant sitting on a bench at the entrance of the Suncoast bike trail located off of Gar Street in Spring Hill Florida at approximately 0142 hours in the morning.
Upon making contact with the defendant he identified himself as Luis Armando Santos Garcia. observed the defendant to appear nervous as he was sweating profusely and stumbled on his words as he was speaking.
The defendant attempted to take his cellphone out of the front pocket of his basketball shorts when I observed a small plastic baggie fall out of his pocket and land by his foot. observed the plastic baggie to contain a small amount of a crystalline substance. When I asked the defendant what the substance in the baggie was he stated that the substance was "salt".
The crystalline substance from the plastic baggie tested positive for methamphetamine using NARCO test pouch923.
At this time took the defendant into custody. A search of the defendant's person yielded another plastic baggie containing a crystalline substance and a plastic straw that had been cut in half which also contained a crystalline substance. The crystalline substance from this plastic baggie tested positive for methamphetamine using NARCO test pouch 923. The plastic baggies were weighed using scale model C305-P at the Hernando County Detention Center. The first plastic baggie containing methamphetamine had a total weight of 0.2 grams. The second plastic baggie containing methamphetamine had a total weight of 0.4 grams.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is currently being held on a $1,000.00 bond per the bond schedule for Possession of Paraphernalia and a $2,000.00 bond per the bond schedule for Possession of Methamphetamine for a total bond of $3,000.00 per the bond schedule. The defendant has a felony arraignment date of 06/19117 at 0830 hours in courtroom E of the Hernando County Court House."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 05/25/17, while on routine patrol, l observed a white male driving a dirt bike style motorcycle westbound on Hexam Road in Brooksville, Florida.observed the motorcycle to not have a tag attached to it. I conducted a traffic stop of the motorcycle at the intersection of Hexam Road and Melanie Avenue for the violation.
Upon making contact, the defendant identified himself as Gary Westlake and produced an I.D. card. The defendant stated he did not have a valid driver's license. The defendant stated his driver's license had been suspended for "about 2 years".
A query through FCIC/NCIC revealed that the defendant's driver's license was expired and been revoked on 09/1214. The search also revealed that the defendant's driver's license had been indefinitely suspended on 05/13/15 and 09/27/16, and that he had multiple unpaid fines.
FCIC/NCIC also revealed that the defendant did not have a motorcycle endorsement.
A query through FCIC/NCIC of the motorcycle's VIN revealed that it was not registered as well.
At this point the defendant was taken into custody. A search of his person revealed a plastic baggie containing a crystalline like substance. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine using NARCO test kit 7623.
The plastic baggie was weighed using scale model C305-P at the Hernando County Detention Center. The plastic baggie containing methamphetamine had a total weight of 0.4 grams.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On 05252017 affiant responded to the defendant Jason Scott's, and the victim, Amanda Amann's residence, located at 12460 Pipit Avenue, Weeki Wachee in reference to a battery. The victim stated that on 05242017, between 2100 hours and 05252017 at 0100 hours, she was the victim of an aggravated assault by the defendant, threatening her while in their bedroom with a machete and a silver metal pipe. The victim advised that she was in well founded fear during the incident, further advising that while having the weapons the defendant stated if she called the cops, he would kill her, while continuously swinging the weapons towards her in a threatening manner, striking holes in the walls. The victim also advised the defendant punched her in the ribs while in the bedroom, which she advised she did not receive an injury.
The victim advised she did not report the incident earlier, due to her being in fear and she has been abused on a daily basis for the past six months.
Contact was then made with the defendant who post Miranda, advised he did not wish to make a statement in reference to the investigation. The defendant was taken into custody.
A search incident to arrest, a glass pipe and a lighter was removed from the subject's left pocket, at which time, the defendant advised that it was a marijuana smoking pipe. The pipe contained a green leafy substance. The green leafy substance within the pipe field tested positive to be marijuana using Narco Test Kit 7609.
The defendant was placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was placed on a no bond status, for the aggravated assault and the domestic battery, due the incident being domestic in nature. However, in reference to the possession of marijuana, he was issued a $1,000 bond and for the possession of paraphernalia, he was issued a $1,000 bond. The defendant was issued a court date of 06192017 at 0830 in Courtroom E."

Arrest Summary Excerpt: "On today's date at approximately 1916 hours, I was dispatched to 1978 Landover Boulevard in regards to a battery. Upon arrival contact was made with a Robin Fore, who advised that, her live-in boyfriend whom she has been with for several years started to drink excessively and started to threaten everybody; which is when she stated her boyfriend the defendant, Scott Pierson got up from the couch and punched her in the back of her left shoulder. I then observed that Robin Fore did have a red mark just behind her left shoulder blade which appeared to be consistent with her statement.
Contact was then made with a Lisa Wolf, who advised that she witnessed the defendant hither roommate, Robin.
then made contact with the defendant, who was sitting on the couch in the living room. The defendant appeared to be intoxicated in which I could detect a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person, as well as the defendant slurring his speech. I asked the defendant what had happened in which he stated, "Whatever happened, happened just take me to jail." inquired on if he had punched Robin in which he stated "Whatever happened, happened and you gotta do what you gotta do so just take me to f**king jail already." Scott refused to provide me with any type of statement and was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery.
While en route to the jail, the defendant kept stating "Everybody will get theirs, f**k you Hernando p*ssies". The defendant also stated, "See if you have a job in the morning and I'll be out on 15 minutes on this sh*t and she'll get hers." However, the defendant would not elaborate. The defendant was then given a court date of 06/14/2017 in Courtroom "C" at 0900 hours, and was held on a No Bond status."
