Digital Photography Class Series 1/3

We invite you to join us for three consecutive Saturdays of digital photography classes! These classes are meant for those who have their own DSLR camera and want to learn how to use their camera’s settings to capture the best possible photos. Registering for this program signs you up for all three classes. We understand it may be difficult for some to attend all three classes and that’s ok, just please just let us know which classes you plan to attend so we can plan accordingly.
Our instructor will be Wade Sutherlin, former instructor, facilitator and organizer for the Florida Center for Creative Photography. Wade is mostly self-taught and has been shooting DSLR and film since 2008. We look forward to learning from his expertise!
Class 1
Sat. 3/8
9:00 – 10:30 am
The instructor will give a presentation on exposure and settings. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras and ask questions.
*Optional after the class activity: explore and take photos at Chinsegut WEA.
Class 2
Sat. 3/15
9:00 – 10:30 am
Participants will be encouraged to share and discuss the photos they’ve taken after the first class and the instructor will teach lighting and composition.
Class 3
Sat. 3/22
8:00 – 10:00 am
Review and discuss all skills learned up to this point and go on a short nature walk to take photos. At the end of the class, participants will have the option to share and receive feedback on images taken during this program.
