NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is given that pursuant to a Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2017 in Case No. 2016-CA-1273, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida in which BRANNEN BANK, a Florida State Banking Corporation by merger to THE HERNANDO COUNTY BANK is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL H. BROWN, DON BARBEE, JR., AS CLERK OF COURT HERNANDO COUNTY and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 are the Defendants, DON BARBEE, JR., Clerk of the Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2017, the following described property set forth in the Summary Judgment:
Section 4, Township 23 South, Range 21 East. Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Section A, of RIVER HEIGHTS ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 57 through 59, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida. Thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 6, run South 75°42’23” West, 233.67 feet, thence parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 6, North 14°17’27” West, 211.00 feet, thence North 41°23’05” East 123.60 feet, to the Easterly line of said Lot 6, thence South 39°24’37” East, 310.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning. TOGETHER WITH a 1989 Allen Hershall Mobile Home VIN# CLFL90839.
THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT. IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
