Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 23 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, go thence North 89* 42’ 40” West along the North Line of said Section 1, a distance of 2,658.89 feet, thence South, a distance of 532.18 feet, thence a South 89* 42’ 40” East a distance of 1,000 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, Thence North a distance of 75.00 feet, thence South 89* 42’ 40” East a distance of 50.00 feet, thence South a distance of 75.00 feet; thence North 89* 42’ 40” West a distance of 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with that certain 1974 Frontier Mobile Home, ID Number 3742436S112306U and 3743436S112306X located on said premises.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Gabriel Vann Patrick, c/o Kelly S.
