NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, has scheduled and will hold a public hearing Tuesday, February 27, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter as agenda items may be heard in the County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida. The purpose of the hearing is to consider repealing the Milgate Court Paving Municipal Service Benefit Unit (Ordinance 2021-25).

You have a right to appear and be heard at the public hearing Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the location described above, and/or to send written comments/objections within 20 days to Hernando County Department of Public Works, 1525 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601. You are further advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
