NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE RIGHTS OF WAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, to consider and determine whether or not the County will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of right-of-way:
A portion of land in the plat of Ridge Manor Park Square, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 73, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 26, BEING A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF TALL PINES AND AN ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE TO THE SOUTHEAST, A RADIAL BEARING AT SAID POINT BEARING N60°28’42”E, HAVING A RADIUS OF 100’ AND AN CENTRAL ANGLE OF 53°34’35 A DISTANCE OF 93.51’ AND A CHORD BEARING OF S 56°18’36” E AND A DISTANCE OF 90.14’ TO A POINT OF THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 24 OF SAID PLAT, BEING THE POINT OF CURVE OF SAID LOT 24 AND THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PARK SQUARE PLACE. THENCE RUN WESTERLY AND SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE, HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.00’, AN ARC LENGTH OF 39.27’, AN ANGLE OF 90°00’00”, AND A CHORD BEARING IS S45°00’00”W A DISTANCE OF 35.36’ TO THE POINT OF TANGENCY ON SAID LOT 24 AND THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF TALL PINES; THENCE RUN S00°00’00”E ALONG SAID LINE A DISTANCE OF 100.00’ TO THE NE CORNER OF TRACT AOF SAID PLAT; THENCE RUN N90°00’00”W A DISTANCE OF 50.00’ ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT A TO A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-LINE OF TALL PINES AND THE EAST LINE OF LOT 25; THENCE RUN N00°00’00”E A ALONG SAID LINE A DISTANCE OF 175’ TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 26 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAID LANDS BEING SITUATE IN RIDGE MANOR, HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA CONTAINING 7856.95± SQUARE FEET OR 0.18± ACRES MORE OR LESS.
