In accordance with Hernando County Code of Ordinance; Chapter/Appendix 8 Article II Section 8-35(3) (a)(b) Building Permits. Chapter 8, Article II, Section 8-46(5)(f) Engaging in the business and/or act in the capacity of a contractor without being duly certified or registered.

Additional Notice to Appear letters sent via certified mail dated July 20, 2021, for Sept. 8, 2021; and August 25, 2021, for October 13, 2021, hearing in front of the Special Master, Brooksville, Florida.
