NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the purchase of the real estate described as:

A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
