NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida will hold a public hearing on November 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, to consider and determine whether or not the County will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described easements:

BEGINING AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK C-2, RIVER COUNTRY ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THENCE N 47°32’30” E, 7.50’; THENCE N 42°27’30” W, 299.78’; THENCE S 47°32’30” W, 15.00’; THENCE S 42°27’30” E, 299.78’; THENCE TURNING AND RUNNING N 47°32’30” E, ALONG THE RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF COMMERCIAL WAY, 7.50’ TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 4,496.70 S.F. OR 0.1032 ACRE MORE OR LESS.
