The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider an appeal request on March 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

PURPOSE: Appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to approval of a Conditional Plat for the Sunrise Phase I subdivision
GENERAL LOCATION: East of I-75, south of Cortez Blvd (SR 50) and west of Kettering Road
