INVITATION TO BID –
Pasco-Hernando State College – West Campus – Ballfield ADA Upgrades
A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid the Pasco-Hernando State College – West Campus – Ballfield ADA Upgrades. The work consists of site improvements, new ADA walkways, new site lighting, parking lot modifications, and bleacher modifications. Project scopes include sitework, electrical, concrete, and bleacher contractors.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available thru A.D. Morgan Corporations’ Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to [email protected] to receive a link to all the bid documents.
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at [email protected] and you will receive link to Compass for Prequalification’s.
SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted prior to the bid date at the project location. Please email [email protected], if you would like to attend.
BID BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
SEALED BIDS should be delivered no later than 12:00 PM February 12, 2024, to AD Morgan’s Tampa Office: 716 N Renellie Dr, Tampa, FL 33609. Do not email, mail, or fax bids.
