CPPI is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders only for an upcoming project located at 15322 Aviation Loop Dr, Brooksville, FL 34604. This project is for a new administrative and training facility for K9 Partners for Patriots. Sealed bids are due by Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM at CPPI’s office located at 8200 NW 15th Place Gainesville, FL 32606. Work consists of but not limited to the following: cast-in-place concrete, masonry veneer, miscellaneous steel fabrications, heavy timbers, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, doors & hardware, rolling fire doors, storefront, metal stud & GWB, ceramic tile, stone tiling, wood veneered wall panels, flooring, painting, specialties, wood casework, pre-engineered metal building, elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data & communications, earthwork/site improvements, underground utilities, and landscaping/irrigation.
