TO: LUCKY STAR LLC, KATHY MASSEY and UNKNOWN PARTIES, if alive, or dead, the Successor, Trustee, beneficiaries, judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against the defendant, the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors of Defendants, deceased, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against Defendants; and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and judgment creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a Defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the ATM Machine described in the Petition.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action pursuant to the Florida Forfeiture Contraband Act, Sections 932.701-932.7062 by Hernando County Sheriff’s Office in Hernando County, Florida, more particularly described as:
ATM MACHINE AND CASH CONTENTS OF $3900 USD
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff’s attorney whose name and address is JENNIFER C. REY, ESQ., THE HOGAN LAW FIRM, LLC, PO BOX 485, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34605, on or before, July 19, 2024 which is not less than 28 days or more than 60 days from date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of Court, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
