TO: Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the ESTATE OF C.H. LONG, JR. and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF LONG AND COMPANY, INC., a Profit sharing plan and trust agreement
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to establish access concerning the real property situated in Hernando County, Florida and is described as follows:
The East 1/2 of the following described property:
A tract of land lying in Section 25, Township 23 South, Range 16 East, Hernando County, State of Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of said Section 25, run N 89° 59’ 53’’ E, along the northerly line of said Section 25, a distance of 2,657.66’ to the North 1/4 corner of said Section 25; thence run S 89° 57’ 07’’ E, along said Northerly line a distance of 1,037.07’ to the Point of Beginning. Thence continue along the previous course a distance of 1,320.0’ to a point intersecting the Westerly right of way line of State Road 595 (66.0’ r/w); thence run S 0° 11’ 37’’ E, along said Westerly right of way lines, a distance of 660.0’ to a point; leaving said right of way line, run N 89° 57’ 07’’ W, a distance of 1,320.0’ to a point, thence run N 0° 11’ 37’’ W a distance of 660.0’ to the Point of Beginning;

Leonardo, Esq., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before January 16, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
