YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Dissolution of Marriage has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Danielle Glenn, Esq., of Glenn Law Group, P.A., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 29142 Chapel Park Dr., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543, within 28 days of this Notice of Action and file the original with the clerk of this court, at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Brooksville, FL 34601, either before service on Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: {insert “none” or, if applicable, the legal description of real property, a specific description of personal property, and the name of the county in Florida where the property is located}

Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 33, Masaryktown, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 40, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; Lying in and being a part of E½ of the SW ¼ of section 36, Township 23 South, Range 18 East.
