NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 5th day of November, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22000845CA, of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and MELINDA ANN-ILDEFONSO MCMUNN AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOSE AMALIO ILDEFONSO, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA LOGAN HARPER AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSEPH ILDEFONSO, are the defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at HERNANDO COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN ROOM 245, 20 NORTH MAIN STREET, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601 beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31 day of December 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
