The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Resolution No. 2022-15 and petition VAC2022-03 to close and vacate a portion of Sheriff Mylander Way (F/K/A Clinton Boulevard) located in Southern Pines Condominium Block 1 lying south of State Road 50 (Cortez Boulevard) and west of Mobley Road.
The Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., September 19, 2022. The resolution/petition may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City ADA Coordinator, no later than 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (352)540-3810. Meeting agendas and supporting documentation are available from the Clerk’s Office and online at www.cityofbrooksville.us.
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed resolution/petition. Any person desiring to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at this meeting may need a record of the proceedings including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, and, therefore, must make arrangements for a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made.
