The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 995 will be held on February 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.
Title: ORDINANCE NO. 995 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 986, RELATING TO A BUILDING WASTEWATER CONNECTIONS MORATORIUM BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2, “EFFECTIVE TIMEFRAME/ EXEMPTIONS”, SUBSECTION D. TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADDITION OF MAJESTIC OAKS PARTNERS, LLC TO THE LIST OF “WASTEWATER CONNECTIONS MADE IN THE FOLLOWING SUBDIVISIONS/DEVELOPMENTS WHICH HAVE AN EXECUTED UTILITY SERVICE AGREEMENT AND THE ERUS ASSIGNED BY A CURRENT AGREEMENT” WITH THE DESIGNATION OF 687 ERUS; MODIFYING SECTION 3 AS TO CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATIONS FOR WASTEWATER CONNECTION ALLOCATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, NON-CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
