The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 988 will be held on August 5, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.

AN ORDINANCE OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2-114, “personnel procedures and rules”, of Division 1, “Generally”, of Article III, “Officers and Employees”, of Chapter 2, “Administration”, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Brooksville, Florida; providing for the City Manager to set and implement personnel policies; and PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
