NOTICE OF TEXT AMENDMENTS TO
LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
The City Council of the City of Brooksville
will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph
E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Cham- bers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville,
Florida. Second and Final Reading of
Ordinance No. 936 will be held February
7, 2022. The Ordinance may be obtained
in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201
Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or
by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.
Ordinance No. 936:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, Creating
part 4 of Article x of the Land
Development Code of the City of
Brooksville – buildings and building
regulations, entitled “property mainte- nance code” Sections 10-4.1 entitled
“international property maintenance
code – adopted”, and section 10-4.2
“Amendments”, adopting a modified
version of the international property
maintenance code; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The public hearing before City Council,
sitting as the Local Planning Agency,
and First Reading of Ordinance No. 936
before City Council was held on January
3, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at City Hall.
In accordance with the Americans with

to any matter considered at this meeting

may need a record of the proceedings in-
cluding the testimony and evidence upon

which the appeal is to be based, and,
therefore, must make arrangements for a
court reporter to ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceeding is made.
