NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 25, 2019, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as:

at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 8, 2019 on the second floor outside Room 245 of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida, beginning at 11 :00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem truces and assessments for
the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS
