NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure in favor of Plaintiff, Sherman Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. entered in this action on the 13th day of June, 2019, the Clerk of Hernando County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 on August 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 43, Block 10, SHERMAN HILLS SECTION 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Page(s) 31 through 33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Sherman Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., 30763 Water Lily Drive, Brooksville, FL 34602 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owners, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
