NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 19, 2019, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as:
Lot 12, Block 845, SPRING HILL, UNIT 13, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 84 through 100, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 08, 2019, on the second floor outside Room 245 of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida beginning at 11 :00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS,  MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
