NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 17, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:
LOT 41, THE GARDENS AT SEVEN HILLS, PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1105 EL PORTICO LN, SPRING HILL, FL 34608; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, on February 6, 2020 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
