NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in Case No 2019CA000173CAAXMX on May 24, 2019  of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and Hernando County, Florida in favor of Plaintiff, SHERMAN HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, and against Defendant, JEROME L. WILLIAMS and ANGELICA M. GARCIA AGUAYO (OWNERS).  The Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as: 

Lot 55, Block 13, SHERMAN HILLS SECTION 3,  according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Page(s) 31 through 33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida

a/k/a 6549 Wirevine Drive, 
Brooksville, Florida 34602

for public sale, at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 35601, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at 11:00AM, on the  1st  day of August, 2019

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
