NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF
EXECUTIVE BARGAINING AGENT/CLIENT SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an executive bargaining agent/client session will be held to discuss Hernando County’s collective bargaining with the Professional Fire Fighters Local Union 3760, as to negotiations and strategy related thereto on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the County Administrator’s Conference Room of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Room 265, Brooksville, Florida. The attending parties shall be all members of the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners: John Allocco, Steve Champion, Wayne Dukes, Jeff Holcomb, John Mitten; and the County’s negotiating committee comprised of: Human Resources/Risk Director Cristi Charlow; Public Safety Director/Fire Chief Scott Hechler; County Administrator Jeff Rogers; and County Attorney Garth Coller and Greg Hearing, as attorneys for Hernando County. The bargaining agent/client session is closed to the public. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be sealed and filed with the Clerk for the Board, Docket No. 19-06BCC.
