NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 26, 2016, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 525, SPRING HILL UNIT 9, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38-53 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 4, 2016, on the second floor outside Room 245, of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida, beginning at 11:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
