PUBLIC NOTICE
The Estate of Dr. Steven A. Visnaw announces the closing of the medical practice of Steven A. Visnaw, D.O, P.A. effective September 1st, 2024 and will no longer service patients after that date. The office will begin immediately transferring patient medical records to other physicians upon patient request. Patients should call 352-796-2494 until September 1st, 2024 to obtain their medical records. Following that date, medical record requests can be made by contacting the office of Dr. Lyle Breeding at 352-597-3444.
