NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brooksville is requesting sealed bids for PROVIDENCE BOULEVARD MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT, BID NO. PW2019-07.
Specifications are available at the City Clerk's Office, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida 34601, (352) 540-3816, can be downloaded at www.cityofbrooksville.us or can be downloaded on DemandStar. Sealed responses must include the forms included in the package as well as any addenda issued on the City’s website. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD MAY 24, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601 with a
site visit at the job location held immediately thereafter. Sealed and properly identified proposals will be received by the City Clerk’s Office up to and including 3:00 p.m., Friday,
June 7, 2019, and will be opened immediately thereafter at City Hall.
The City reserves the right to reject, waive technicalities, and/or negotiate any or all proposals. Proposals not received for any reason by the due date/time will not be accepted.
