Janice E. Rodgers, 77, passed away on November 29, 2024, at WellSpan York Hospital. She was the wife of Michael P. Rodgers for 55 years. Celebration of Life will be held by the family in Spring Hill, Florida. John W. Keffer Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting with the arrangements.
She was born April 25,1947, in Wichita, Kansas to Louis and Lois (Ostheimer) Smith. She was a graduate of Pattonville High School (1965) and the University of Missouri (1969) and was a homemaker, charity volunteer and devout Christian. She enjoyed working at her children’s schools, playing softball and in later years playing bocce.
Janice is survived by her husband, children Shannon Laurie and Michael Casey and 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Janice’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
